right i had a great day today putting together my new race bike that should have been finished fo mk08 but its only a month late. for me this is pretty much my perfect build, everything on it is pretty much my favourite stuff (within price) and i can't see how i can beat it. had some advice off a few people on the cranks as i got hold of a pair of black widows which look ace but when on the bike the flex was noticeable so stayed with tried and tested methods

rear tyre - tioga comp 3 20x1.75
chain - kmc 410
chainring - sugino 44t

Very nice Phil, very nice.

How come you went for a 44t chainring? I think it lets it down a bit, as its a bang up to date frame.

from the intel i've gathered i'm lead to believe thats what racers still use! unless i've been lied too?! it might get smaller as time goes by!

Lovely Philbert, Lovely.

I saw that frame for the first time out the back of James Hitchcox's van at the Harrow leg of Old Fools. I must admit I really like the laser cut drop outs. Very sexy.

Good work smelly bum.

Looks fast and dangerous. well me riding it would be dangerous.  :4_17_5:
One build a year, the only way to get it right. No rushing involved.
