Could one of you please measure the distance that the blue colour comes along the crossbar from the headtube, and also along the down tube please ?

Cheers

Guy  :)

Don't think the blue has to be spot on..as the yellow n' red are part of the decal and over lap the blue

Scary is right, the red/yellow stripes are part of the sticker so it doesn't have to be exact...

I can't get to mine to measure it but I'm sure someone will give you an idea of the approximate distance.

I realise it doesn't have to be exact, and I've got a set of decals (the painter's got them to get a clour match) but I want to get it as near as I can. I did measure it before it went for powder coat, but I've lost the bit of paper with the measurements on  ::) :idiot2: I think it was 80mm along the top tube, but I hear what your saying fellers  :daumenhoch:

Thanks

Guy  :)

when you say it dont have to be exact that is true, but going too close to the headtube causes problems with team pads if you ever fit them.

also the blue can be seen through the red/yellow which doesnt look brill

the measurements are:

top 2.5 inches

bottom 4.25 inches

those measurements are taken from when the weld stops.

cheers
