Can you do this? I want to dye a set black for my showbike tuffs. I'm sure they are nylon but has anyone else done successfully?

i wouldn't have thought you could mate??  as they are more rubber than nylon surely??  i know you can't dye grips so i would've thought these would be the same??  ???
