24" is the common size everyone uses for racing

24 still feels like a BMX, nimble, and manouevrable but more stable. 26" from memory ('84) was a lot harder to turn, almost imposible to get front end up when you need to.

Like SE BMXer says 24" ism most peoples choice.

As said above..24" is the cruiser you want for racing....But if you're just getting a bike to 'cruise' on,then your options are open..24" may still seem too small.... ;)

no struggle, all skills still there, having a bit of a block about jumping anythin big, but wife kids and mortgage kinda put that into perspective.

Pace not too bad, still getting faster, legs still getting back to full strength (wife says she can see how much my thighs have trimmed up and got more definition since i started again).

can't wait to get me a 24". Feels like i hold a little back on a 20", so it don't hurt so much when i hit the floor.

so, eyepaul.....who is ya? and are you coming along to Hersden on 14th september, if only to watch?
