im running 23 / 9 seems ok but dont race so is just right lol

You don't need a front brake on that Matt , unless you're gonna put a basket on the front and collect the groceries on it

I there a link between the Azuza and JMC? because those frames look alike, even the shield is familier?

Azuza are a retro company..They remade classic frame and forks from the likes of SE and JMC, hence the similar decals..It's all a nod to those historical designs, using modern geometry etc...
