Sorry Matt, I did look for you later on to explain but you`d already gone, but to put it bluntly I chose lane 1 so that if I got out of the gate well I`d be able to shut you down so to speak, because I didn`t know if my legs would last if I had to try and catch you after already having 8 races before the final

Well Done Bill!

Top days racing - I really dunno how you had the energy to win the Old school after all the races we had that day!

Can't wait to see if on telly on Thursday! Be interesteing to see what happened to Lee and Chris. I heard someone shouit sh!t, then heard a BIG clashins of metal sound.

Really sad if you do retire Chris - give it a little time and get back into it. (I've had enough injuries onver the last few years, but keep coming back for more!)

Well done to everyone who made the final.... Nah feck that - well done to everyone who raced at Peterborough - it's a killer of a track!!

Major props to the guys who did OS and 40+.

I pulled out of OS/bottled doing 2 classes as I didn't fancy riding so many laps in rain/mud but even if it had been glorious sunshine from the start of the day, I wouldn't have been able to ride that many laps without fading before the end.

I saw that from the start hill Sam whilst we were waiting for our semi to start, it looked quite harsh from up there

sounds like quite a meeting - glad you all had a good one... gutted i couldnt make it...

which sky channel is it on? (just cancelled my sky sports so im hoping not those ones....)
