Redline 400's re-chrome
« on: August 18, 2008, 07:25 PM »
Hi guys , can anyone recomend a good quality chromers that could re-chrome my Redline 400's .
I have tried my local firm but they won't touch them because of the alloy/steel combination.
I need to get them done so I can finish my JMC build off.

they're difficult cos you can't remove the spider, I think PK Radman may have had some re-chromed, he uses a good Chrome in the Midlands somewhere, maybe worth asking him.....

As Monkey says thay are a difficult job.

I have had a couple of sets done now and there are minor flaws in each, I used different chromers Cleveland Chrome and SH Metal finishers, Clevelands came out best.
