Nah Ollie, tis my bike, been in hiding since we got the race winning powder job by SBD

Mike, i was rusty as hell, the manualling and jumping is still there, gates and stamina were terrible. Got no doubt that had i been back on a bike 6 weeks ago the Brits would have been achievable this year, i've accepted it's a dream too far for now and if i make top 3 i'll be happy

, now a realistic target is set for next year, total domination

. Once Tony gets the OK to train on Friday it's a winter in the gym and hill sprints/stamina training, it worked in the 90's so why not in 2009

That's to be expected Nik. I think making the main at the Brits will still be a great achievement seeing as you had a kid recently and haven't ridden for so long.

Loose brake lever, loose headset, incorrectly aligned bars, the list just goes on and on.

the person who built the bike I say!! Corrected the headset and bar angle before letting Nikki loose on the pink thing and she rode well

Big lesson learned this week was dont let Ratty and 796 build your bike

except i put the chain on backwards - but then in my defence it is a NS one.... we never had these one directional things in my day...

take the tyre and give it to poor emmanuel - if i have to look at that bald rear tyre of his anymore........

He has a bald tyre for a reason, he skids them all day long in the street, when he stops it he can have the tyres he's asked for, until then......
