just wanted to know if anyone has shipped a bike from australia (sydney area) ? ive never purchased anything from overseas before so need some good advice, the bike weighs 15 kilos. Not in any hurry to recieve it so am looking for cheap option. The bike was sold on e-bay which i missed the bidding time so ive contacted the the winning bidder who's willing to sell on to me . would it be safer to ask him to put it back on e-bay and i "buy it now" ? is there any hidden costs to be aware of this end ?
p.s, im not even sure this bike anything special but ive got the bug and did'nt want to let it get away.
