Don't worry, when we go MTB the whole trail stinks of deep heat + at the end we tuck into all manor of pills (the legal kind
) to keep the body working.........My thoughts are when the pain out weighs the fun then its time to take up Golf !!!!!!!!!!
Training..........if its fun and gets the heart rate up then its doing you good............but time on the track its so important (I've learnt this very quick !!) a smooth rider is a fast rider !!!!!!!!!!!
