The spokes on some wheels i have just got are really loose, I want to tighten them so do i have to start at one point and work round or work oppisite each other. sorry for being so stupid :-[. have read wheel build above but did not really mention tightning spokes.

if they are really slack, go round them all given them a turn or two until they are all tight

then spin the wheel and see if it's straight

spokes do come loose in time
