Well my nephew ain't been listening to his Uncle Paul about wearing a lid and his face found out the hard way last week why he should...the crazy little tyke

His birthday is soon so any recommendations for a full face (should not include Mutant Ninja Turtles/Spiderman on it!!).

Know of any plastic surgeons as well..... I think his nose is where his forehead used to be

He had a total face plant going downhill when riding with some older lads at a recreation outdoor thingy......he claims he was doin 30mph before impact

!!
