A few Pictures (well a lot really) and a video of the Manchester BMX Track.

Sanmarcopizza, HEYWOOD BMX, Carcosmet and I showed up to try it out!!!

Its a good track. Tis like a roller coaster.

Manchester BMX Track - Directions

Manchester BMX Track is situated in Platt Fields, Fallowfield, Manchester. The track is accessible from Wilmslow Road, just north of the junction with Wilbraham Road.

There are 5 roads leading to the park entrance, take any of the roads that are accessible (2 are one way) and the park entrance is at the end of Mabfield Road.

Yep, it's here already. This Sunday sees our first race take place at Platt Fields. It's been a long road, so it's exciting to see it
finally up and running. Still a few drainage problems to overcome, but it seems to be in hand now.

For those wishing to take part, we'll have classes for Old Skool, MTB specific classes and Novice racing. Same times apply for
everyone. Be there between 10am and 11am to sign on and racing starts at Midday. Novice racing is £5.00 and everyone else is
£7.00.

We've got medals for novices and the top 3 in the kids and teens races will receive a trophy. Red Bull will be there with the big
Wig Wam and free drinks for the riders. Trof, a local restaurant/Cafe/Bar will be on site proving a DJ, sound system and trackside
catering. Trof will are also sponsoring the trophies including rider of the day and the winner of the Payback class plus £50.00.
Impressive aint it!!

For those with the time, we'll be on site from around 8am getting everything set up on Sunday morning. More the merrier really,
so come on down and be part of some Manchester BMX history.

This Sunday, the 10th of August.

I got to go to the Tatton Park VW Show on Sunday to pitch a few cars for sale so i can raise some £unds to get my business back on channel, i have also been asked to do a bit of judging..

I promise not to miss a round of the winter series............. honest

Creamy and I have selected our weapons to do battle with!!!

He has opted for a Yellow GT Performer with Yellow Simplex Mags to match his teeth!!

I have decided on a Yellow Redline with Black Sun Box Wheels to match my cowardly streak and my cold, dead, heart!!!

I told Creamy that I was going to make him eat my dust. He said "I dont care if you beat me, I just go for the Craic and the fun of the racing"

Thats loser talk in my opinion!!!
