1st day back on bmx after 22 years

just messing about on the bike warming up , a bit scary to start with but got into it after only 10 Min's or so had great fun cant wait till i get on ramps . let me know your thoughts on your fist day back on the bmx ~ my wife thinks i am mental and my kids love it

tis amazing how quick it all comes back to you, after 22 years can still cherry pick, frame whip, table top 360 hop, bar press, seat press etc etc, still feels as good as when i was 15!!

and doesn't it feel good to still do it " not as good " but neverless great feeling cant wait for the next session

just getting ready for another session .  I'm feeling good a bout today and ready for some 360's and maybe a double rock walk # high bunny hop with a 360 thrown in for good measure wish me luck .  Video later

still in pain    i fell of trying a 720 spin old school , trying to hard to quick thinking I'm 17 again that I'm am not .  hopefully i be back to normal tomm
