Yep, oldschool legal. TNT made that frame from 1986 through to about 1994.  various lengths up to a huge 22".

i ove this frame - 21" toptube - single dropouts [ at least i think - havent checked properly!] and its being built with a whole ton of stuff, but no tnt parts unfortunately.. .this is a stealth under the radar build fom the mrs... she'll notice if I blow everyting on tnt bits!!!!

that is nice, i had a good chat to the lad you got it off, he kept that pro and he also sold a black xl to a female rider in sheffield a few yaers ago. so there could be another worth sniffing out if your in that area
