Found a f+f i want in the US with bars and a few bits and bobs. Anyone know a rough price for postage to the UK?

depends on value/insurance but usually $100 or so  :)

goto USPS.com they have standard pricing for standard weights.

last frame i had shipped was $65 and i could have fitted more into the package if needed.

yeah complete bikes via usps air mail are only $124, so $60 - $80 i would guess

I had a frame forks bars and seatpost with USPS and the postage sticker said $54.
