Just saw it mentioned in another thread.... Through the 90s I never really understood who, or what it was. I saw the shirts, I heard the word, but I never really understood

hello.
it was the "riders against riding association"
very tongue in cheek.. i think it was si locke initiated.. stemming from the fact that most times anyone went riding it was mostly to chat!
