BRAKE ADVICE NEEDED
« on: January 11, 2006, 01:47 AM »
Right guys,
been lookin at the team burner and i think to keep with my scheme the brakes should be blue,
i cant stretch to the price of a full diacompe mx1000 set.
anone got any ideas on a replica set?

if not im thinking of buying just levers,
are tech 4's period correct for a mk2 team burner?
are they the best quality?
and do iu think it will look out of place with white calipers?

cheers.

tech 4's cant be right dude, tech 3's are like buttered bread, they go with anything and are by far the coolest brake lever ever :)

replica sets for front & back with cables & levers are £10.00 a set, then just buy the dia-compe stickers & your away, they only have chrome & black at the mo' in my local shop but there is more colours on order... you can also buy them on ebay...
