Had have a ct scan, its worse than before

the heal is in 3 pieces the ankle is dislocated and both the bones that support the are smashed, but cherry on the cake is I have broke the largest tendons in ur body off the bone

will be lucky if my ankle works properly let alone race this year, am gutted n will have 2 keep ma fingers crossed its gona be ok. Just waiting on specialist n c what 2 do next

Hey oop pal, my heel was in 100 ish pieces, a bag of gravel if you will
it was said to me that the smallest screw they had was way too big for the biggest peice of bone, no operation available $:-\$
6 months on I was back racing, 2 years from there I was boosting 25-30ft jumps, do not loose sight of what you like to do, ignore the drivel that negative fookers puke out. That is of course if you were having fun when you got hurt

oh jay was having fun dude, great rider n was about to embark on this summers series, like one of the kids up the track said about his riding,"woah,he's like a machine!" to which bren replied "rusty?"
