gish was clearing the step up by miles n got slightly ahead of himself, out of nowhere he just went for it, great 1st effort on 1st doubles but not fully commited resulting in a comfortable case, fully commited 2nd time but not quite enough beans n bike decided to flick out n land on its side sending poor gish back up in the air and to flat between doubles n berm, big bail

dont think mi'll be up next week as my knee's like a balloon $:-\$

taken aniden lace with ibuprofen to see if that helps

next time i will just stick to pumpin the track instead of jumping

Went to a&e today as swelling wasn't going down and I've fractured my knee cap so i won't be back on the saddle for atleast six weeks
