Can't come today cos am tired out from other stuff,also what I thought was just paint cracks where the seat tube, top tube and seat stays meet, has developed into two big cracks in the frame.
Time to make a decision.
New cruiser frame?
New 20" frame, frame fork and wheels?

Anth, sorry to hear about the frame. There is a guy in Ferryhill called Kevin Winter who is supposed to the bees knees when it comes to frame building, repairs and repaints.

He could be worth a punt.
