Mason Smith

..cant remember who he rode for, think I caught a demo he did with the US skyway team in 85 ?? could be wrong

Think he rode for ammaco or someone.  I remember buying my completely all white DP Freestyler from his shop in Hitchin.  Im sure he still rides a bit.

Some great names here. Mason Smith, didn't he ride for Rickman-- or did he just test it?  remember Dave Currey? He did the tests for BMX Action Bike.

More "forgotten"...

Paul Zak
Phil Middleton
Andy Brown (Clearly not forgotten, but maybe not as well remembered for being amazing on flat BITD, applecrates, undertakers, bar rides and the best way into a cherrypicker ever)

Stephen Dalet.  Only I seem to remember him. Meanwhile Gardens and Rom regular, always rode with Marco Lara.  If there'd been a definition of tech back in 82-83, then it would have been a picture of him   :4_17_5:

Rob was this the guy who used to hang out in Alpine action in Notting Hill? Was in BMX action bike with another guy, both in Haro gear doing tailwhips? Feature on the first Potts mod bolts.

Also
Chris Young
Rob Bell
Paul Davies? (Pikey)

any one know what happened with chris?

Chris got hooked on drugs, robbed loads of telephone boxes to fund his habbit, got caught and did some time, he`s out again now and living back at his mums in Sydenham, although from what I`ve heard he`s back on gear again  :idiot2:
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
