Good news, visited the fracture clinic today and it`s not broken, still huge mind, so it`s the frozen peas for a while  :daumenhoch:

i've had similar injuries to my ankles over the years. no breaks, just ligament damage and swelling. would've thought by putting the injury in plaster for a week it would reduce the swelling as it did for mine. hot damp flannel on it  then frozen peas for 20mins 4 times a day. helped me a lot. elevated leg as often as poss and strap up with tubigrip when walking. gently massaging the foot by hand will relax the foot more and ease off the pain.

(but don't call me Dr Kildare.  :LolLolLolLol:)

Why does he need to eat frozen peas?
Do you know what "nemesis" means? A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent. Personified in this case by an 'orrible cnut... ME!
