Crazy bruise.  Hope it's gone down in time for Daggers.

Should be OK for Dag. Would like to be 100% positive, but not sure at the mo. Want to try and improve my 6th, but have fast dudes in front of me to manage that if still injured, and still think Billy has a potential surprise up his sleeve. Ill try and help your 8th.  :)

Don`t worry Matt I`m only doing one more regional, and thats the daggers one where I will be trying hard not to fall off again  :idiot2:
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'

Nice bruise Matt, don't let anyone sit on your lap for a couple of weeks! ;)

Some one said in an earlier thread use arnica, thats good advice. I use it by the tub load and it sorts bruises even of that size out, and believe me I know about bruises. Oh and it's go no nasty stuff in it, nice and natural. http://www.nelsonshomeopathy.co.uk/coffee/pages/0990722979.shtml  :daumenhoch:

Arnica is an amazing cream for bruises. Use it on the kids all the time.

Go for it Lee.  And make sure you beat Te Harve at Daggers as well as he can overtake us both if he scores more than 25 points at the last 2 rounds  :2gunsfiring_v1:

Come over for a 'test ride' when you feel up to it Matt. (nearer than driving to any other track!)
