That would be our Pete Porker. The Quicksilver guru down under. That was filmed for a program on the ABC called "collectors".
The idea behind the Helium frame was it was used to pressurise the tubes enabling the team to use thinner tubing. Highly sought after too. The guy that welded the frames up bitd also worked at the bikeshop that sponsored me.
