just sent frame and forks to superbikedan .tried others near me and they are bit less cost and i didnt have to post but frankly they were pants.got the frame back today 24 hour courier he uses very good service for 12.00 .
the frame is mint its better than when new im sure.this is the best powder job ive ever seen really impressed and wanted to let everyone who has doubts or hasnt used him send your stuff there .its absolutely perfect .i thought no ill use local its easier and costs less but the bit extra is worth double that with the job he does and hes great bloke and really helpfull when you ring him about stuff to

Dagenham, Essex...about £60 for f/f for basic colours

and he does do an amazing job...

I need to post some pics of some scratched bars he did last week..they're better than mint....

Speak to Dan for exact prices, but no, you can expect to pay the postage on top.  It's all about quality buddy, not the odd fiver here and there   ;) :)

starting price for frame and forks is 50 and the cheapest delivery is 48 hours for £8 :)

Heres my frame I got back from Dan today, its got a lovely deep silky finish.  I'll defintely be sending more frames his way, starting with a Pro-lite I might have done in black.

Prior to sending a frame and forks for powder coating-what do you have to do to prep them?
I have a f and f I would like Dan to do, have strpped it down, but still have small areas of the original coating around the welds/nooks and crannies-do thesed have to be totally removed?
