WHAT A GREAT O/S FRIENDLY TRACK

A good days racing had by all too

and the obligatory crash too

but I wasn't involved

( my foot came off plenty o' times though in the air as per usual)

I tell you what there was some right reverse psychology going on people playing themselves down

and then snapping the gates

That Andy Hill's ( Haro82 )a dark horse He won most his Motos and think did 2nd in the Final

Smoothypants notched the topspot

I picked a side door to Maddogg and Dirks 'Midrace quickie humpathon '
they mounted each other on the second straight ,,, BIZZARE

Betty swallocks ( Mark webb) was next inline I think or was it Phil Critchlaw
with the Big Gareth leading the two horny devils over the line

Well thats what I think happened

Unfortunatley Ade Keep it lit didn't make the final but should bag points that come with winning the B final ,RESULT

The Birthday boy Bofmeister finished with a second i think it was right on the line .
Mark (Egan ) was like a freekin' steam train and got the 1# today in cruiser

another great days racing and social. Said it before but it really is the people as much as the riding that make these days so cool

Not sure, 9 riders 8 lanes 1 final at a guess

He fought galantly though as always

What a great day , thanks fellas for making me feel so welcome

I really enjoyed it, if there is anyone out there who fancies having a go but thinks they don't know anyone don't worry about it they are a great bunch

As for the racing I suprised myself a bit....JT I'll be gunning for ya next time

As for the one footer it was to stop anyone going past me

North Region BMX 'Official Scoring System'

How BMX Racing works in the North:

If a class has 3 or less riders they will be merged with another class but split back out for series points

If a class has 8 or less riders they race Grand Prix. That's 4 motos, the place for each moto added together and
the riders ranked lowest first.

Where there are 9 riders in a group there is always a run-off between the bottom 3 after the third moto, with the
rider losing the runoff getting 9th place points.

If a class has 10-16 riders, riders are ranked by place in 3 motos and the lowest 8 into the Expert Final, the rest
into the 2nd Invitational Final. Rank is then by finish position.

If a class has 17-32 riders, riders are ranked by place in the 3 motos, the top 16 race semi-finals, the rest placed
by rank into Invitational Finals 3 and 4. Of the top 16, first 4 in each semi got to the Expert Final, back 4 to the
2nd Invitation final. Riders are then ranked by finish position.

Once the final ranking for each class at each event is known, you are awarded points - 50 for 1st, 47 for 2nd, 45 for
3rd etc, etc. There are 32 scoring positions, if any class has more than 32 riders those that do not make the D final receive no points.

Note, if a rider is in a final on there own it will not be raced, but points are still awarded.

If after 4 rounds a class has 2 or less riders, it may be permanently merged into another class.

And its good to see someone else crashing instead of Dubber!!

The DVD is done!!!

It looks pretty good.

OS Motos and Final + OS Practice and some Freestylin' Dirk Style.

30-39 Cruiser Motos and Finals + Freestylin by Master Bof

Plus all the Finals too.

And theres even dubber havin' a wobble and then grabbing some air on the last step up which I missed. Its good to see Dubber still entertaining the fans.

But the best OS manouver was MADD DOGG taking out Dirk!!!

MADD DOGG, how much did JT pay you?

A Nice win for Smoothie!!

And a good win for Mark Egan!!!

Bof was all over the place today but Mark had the track dialled!!!

Bof was probably too out of breath blowing all those candles out!!!

A bit miffed i missed it as well. I had the snip 2 weeks ago and couldn't run the risk of catching me ostrich eggs on the back wheel. Will hopefully make my last appearance of the series at Leeds. Can't believe I'm gonna miss the Manchester race as well due to holidays. Roll on the winter series. LOL
