Anyone been to Preston since they re-built it? Whatyareckon?? I struggled big time with it last week...

Regarding preston track Flem was at the dry preston track last night and has already made some changes with more to come.

Just built up my bike for Sunday for my first foray into racing for 25 yrs, so if you see someone wobbling round on this say hello cos it's me

Make sure you've got some safety gear and plod along at your own pace.

I'll get photos of any new riders and their bikes for my website!!!

I wont be riding.

I went to the Hospital on the way back from Hartlepool and the doc said it was probably Metatarsalphalangeal joint sprain due to hyperextension of my big toe (and maybe some of my other toes).

He said it usually clears up by 6 to 8 weeks and said that if it doesn't start showing good signs of recovery in the next 2-3 weeks I should come back.
