I've ordered tuffs and they took ages to come.
Partly because they shut down for a few days to go to a big race meet or event and that they were shipped by dinghy.
They arrived okay and I didn't get charged by customs.
I think they took 3-4 weeks but I think 1 week delay was due to that BMX event.
I can't remember paying by paypal (I would have done, if they did), so I dont think they do!!!
