Im Looking At The Picture Now. Wow! Its Jaw-Dropping! Its In Such Good Condition As Well... The Decals, Wheels, Seat But Those Bars Do Let It Down... I Mean Do You Think There Are Anymore Out There??

i do hope he doesnt get the sand paper out on it.
Imagine if he removes the decals to give it a proper clean
I'm pretty sure it was Bernie Vincent that made them.Andy R told me they only made about 150 of them. Neil probably broke a lot of them.I imagine they would have been as strong (or weak) as the Vincent Air Zone, and there aren't many of them left either.
All the the frames i remember had a gyro tab on the right hand side of the headtube also the gap between the top tubes and bottom tube where they meet the headtube is much wider on the frame shown.I am 99% sure Bernie Vincent made all the Holeshot frames, now his welding was far from great but much neater than on the frame shown.I dont wanna dampen the enthusiasm for this find but had to highlight these points.
