ive always wondered why there are so many reflex f+f knocking about??
whats the story with that??

did they come out just before the arse fell out of bmx leaving Aero with a warehouse
full of them? or is there other reasons to why there's so many nos ones around now?

Do Alans have a lock up somewhere in Wigan with an old bloke and a welder?

We've sold 14 on the bay today... fire that welder up...  :LolLolLolLol:

Chill dude...  ;)

I'm guessing no one knows the history of em, so many NOS ones are sold at the moment makes me guess they're still made somewhere?

Have a look at feedback on Alans ebay account you'll wonder the same as me... they knock out shedloads of em on ebay!

You know what my theory is?  I reckon these frames are made and sold so cheap in order to lure poor, unsuspecting souls into old school BMX.  Then once your in, your destined to never leave.

Just before xmas (i.e. 6 months ago) I bought one from Alans, just so I could say I have an old school frame.  That wa supposed to be it.  I now own a complete T/A, complete Streetbeat, building a Rebel freestyler, a Pro-lite Trackmaster f&f and two sets of Reflex f&f's.  I have also owned and sold another complete Reflex, a complete Robinson Pro, another Streetbeat f&f, another Pro-lite f&f and another two Rebel f&f's.  See what I mean?  Madness...

In all seriousness, I dont think they are still being made, just look a lot of the other NOS stuff thats still about, brakes, posts, stems, seats etc.   Just another unsold batch of old school parts.

The boxes they come in look old and aged.  Just a bad case of supply and demand going wrong back in the day.  Or maybe a wagon load were highjacked in 1988 and have only just been released from the police vaults?   But they will run out one day, im sure of that.  And everyone will kick themselves that they didnt buy one more at £25 a pop.

Think about it, £25 for a decent oldschool frame and forks in chrome.  Madness.
