It says in the review that the 101 version comes with wire wheels and the 201 comes with acorn mags and the 3rd brake.

Also believe the difference between the white and the black was 1 was a heavy ass toy bike and the other was cromo with better parts.

Info taken from another site on the back of this pic I posted there ages ago.

"The picture above is the SF201 mid range Scorpian Breakdancer made from H.T.steel which featured three caliper brakes and Acorn Freestyle mags which cost ?174.95 when new from Halfords as said above. The lower range model was the SF101 which had Ukais and only two caliper brakes which cost ?154.95 from Halfords again.
Both were at a price normal folk could just about afford unlike the top 4130 frameset which you needed about ?300 or so to build up."

BMXActionBike said "The BrakeDancer is definitely one to look out for".....and continued... "and avoid like the plague".

I love selective quoting.

they were both hi-ten steel.

there could have been a frameset available in crmo but i never saw one!

They could make them out of Platinum, they would still suck!

But, I still like them for the quirkyness

the scorpion  hmmm what can i say  but heavy clumbsy, the rear under brake would rip your ankle
to pieces and split my vans on many occasions.
i rode the scorpion freestyler for about 6 months doing demos all over the country then halfords moved on
and we had the acorn freestyler for a short period but we busted em all  junk.
the thing took alot of time to get sorted and we wasnt aloud to remove the under brake  buggers.
the acorns were a tad more flimbsy that skyways but had smoother bearings but they did snap the odd time.
