What happened to French eBay seller 2005Maria?

I Remember this seller, 2005Maria, used to have some nice OS BMX for sale.  They are now shown as being no longer a registered user when I searched for their auctions tonight.  I know a vigilante on one of the US sites had been stirring things up, saying that their decals were snide.  I was wondering if anyone knows if that's the reason they've been kicked off eBay.  Maybe Double Chevron could shed some light on this subject?

That's a bit rich - (to keep my solicitor happy - allegedly) he's been knocking out repro stuff for years prior to his acquisition of the Hutch brand.

Opinion is really divided on the Hutch reissues over on OS.  http://www.os-bmx.com/forums/index.php'showtopic=31961  There's 11 pages of stuff to get through on there, some good some not.  To be fair to the guy - he does go on there and tell his side of the story...

from what i read before he marks them as repops and does not try and sell them as originals......the argument is that doesn't stop anyone else trying to sell them on as originals....but if they are clearly marked like the stems (i believe they are stamped underneath??) then all is good in my book
