for my 90's primo race cranks has a 36t on there atm and its killing me after the first straight aftrer a 42/44 in black idealy

might be easyer to change the freewheel
if yer got a flip flop hub yer can go as low as a 12 t  but to get gearing simlar to 44/16 yer goin to need a 13t freewheel

havent currentley got a flipflop hub and im running primo pro seald hubs but its looking maby cheaper for me to change the full wheelset than to sorce some new araya 7x rims
