aero reflex seat post???

any one know if you need to shim a seat post on a aero reflex? size and where to get one please

I think they do need one. I bet someone on here will have one lying round somewhere that they don't need. Otherwise coke can and scissors should do the trick to make one the right thickness.

22.2mm post with the shim.

the shim is very very thin, i've heard that if you have a decent seat clamp you can get away without the shim.
