The easiest way is to buy some top hat washers. About a fiver a pair. If you need to run pegs then you need some Primo Andy's nuts (£12 pair) in the long length, or you can use regular length to just convert from 10 to 14mm.

:) Most pegs are designed for 14mm axles, but come with a 10mm adaptor inside each peg. These work fine as a converter for 10mm to 14mm.

Daves laughing but it's the truth. I had the same problem on my red Kappa. Front & Back 14mm drop outs, front & back 10mm axles. Initially I was gonna use a set of pegs I had, one 10mm & one 14mm and no adapters. When I was looking before Chrimble no one had long Promo Andys nuts, so I got some short ones. The thought then hit me that they wouldn''t be long enough to pass through both the peg & dropout. I then found some Hoffman pegs that were light and thin and found that the short Andy's nut does actually do the job.

I you aint running pegs, you don't have such problems.
