Having a chaingaurd kinda gives it away as a cheepo bike

Halfords finest, will probley fall to bits very quickly.

Not really , all bikes (complete) have to come with a chainguard, bell and front brake i think $:-\$ summat to do with european law

both my 07 & 08 Retro Rippers came with them as did my kids we the people and mirraco push irons

I could be wrong
