Is there any thing I should stay well clear of, bearing in mind Im not going to pay the earth for a new Bike?

a bit more serious, I think most complete bikes in any given price range are pretty much the same spec
so it's a case of preferred colours and parts from one of many quality manufacturers.

He lives in Leytonstone about 5 mins from the A406, he normally goes Skaterham on a thursday night which is 5 mins from Junction 6 on the M25 which is closer to Slough

Slough is closer to j16 of the M25
