I have just watched the vid of the 40+ b final on the Saturday.  Mike you had a blinding start, but it went a bit wrong on the 3rd double at the end of the 1st straight.  Billy, it looked like you had to take some evasive action to avoid crashing into the bloke in 3rd place on the third straight.  Well done Phill,  you looked smooth in second place

I always hate watching those vids cos when I'm actually racing it feels fast as fook, but show how fast I really was 

For some reason I seemed to be getting good starts all weekend (even beat Jonny S to that corner double - then he jumped over my head  ).

mike videos always look slower when viewed, plus you always put on 10lbs when on the telly

Mike,that race was funny it just felt like everyone was bouncing off one another also was it the second race when someones trainer came flying past us.Your right about watchin the vids.My bars look too narrow and my gates look crap.practice practice practice.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great to meet some of the northern crew had a good laugh wathcin the racing at the first corner under the restall big top,did you take the gazebo back andy!!What a great couple of days.Roll on chesterfeild.

Yeah, those races were funny.  When we were younger we would've got pissed off about being knocked all over the place, now it just makes us grin cos we're just pleased to be doing this crazy shit again (as long as we don't hurt ourselves!).

Kelvin spoke to me after my Saturday B-final and said "I saw your race and you were laughing all the way around the track after trying to jump that double".

40+ is where its at, had a really good weekend and was so happy to come away with no injuries which is a first this year although my knee is very swollen from hitting jezza, hopefully it will have gone down before china, and i couldn"t resist the 360 been dying to do that all year  can"t wait for chessy, so fast that track just scream and hold on come out of the first berm faster than you go in, can see carnage written all over this one

hey keechy i like my bars as wide as i can get feel a lot steadier and safer i also have spacers to make them a little higher but i do have a bad back..
