The BMX race tape and book
« on: May 15, 2008, 10:54 PM »
anyone remember this ;D naff as you like, i'm sure it was around 81 or 82 it came out,

it was deffo an american voice but cant remember who the rider was,

we used to sell it at superbike, believe it or not i used to play this all the time, it was an

audio tape and book with a guy talking you through a race starting from  riders ready, pedals ready, go ;D

it guided you how to race from start to finish,

you read the book as you listened to the tape, i must of played this tape hundreds of times :uglystupid2:

now remembering this is really showing my age ;D

Was it BMX Racing Fever by Learning Systems Associates (1981)

Also Mike Poulson was the riding expert and the narrator was Larson Bennett.

I have the book and I've scanned it but I dont have the tape!!! :(

Download the book here:-
