We made a to scale replica of the whole of leigh-on-sea out of cardboard and paper, it was pi$$ing down, nowhere to ride, what else you going to do. Wish I had pics.

i must admit, and i know its geeky but i've always wanted to try making a perfect miniature half-pipe,
out of wood and shit, like a model,
complete with coping and tyre marks etc,

i'm way to club-fisted though!

funny you should say that,  i made a vert ramp for fingerboarding when i was a kid.  it was pretty big (about 3 foot long and a foot wide).  i made it with all the correct beams and transitions, it had really thin ply for the surface and brass tubing for coping. 

i completely forgot about that until i saw this thread..  it must have been about 15 yrs ago, what a geek ;D ;D ;)

i bought bailee a load of bikes and ramps from the states for $9.99
but cost me £43 in postage tho .hes killed all the bikes and the whole ramp set up he rarely uses now
wieghed in at 1.5kgs
