Skyway shrine...lol
« on: May 03, 2008, 04:47 PM »
Heres my 2 Skyways, an 85 Streetbeat decked out in TA colours, then my 83 TA.  Still need to swap a few bits out (new pedals and seat for the TA mainly), but wanted to get them 'complete' so I could hang them and take a few pics.  Got a frame and bar pad comin for the TA too.

Also got a Recreation banner and a NOS Skyway race jersey in the frame.

Few quids worth hanging there, just hope the rack dont give way.

Also while I was taking pics, heres a few of my spare frames, a Reflex, and twoi different Rebel frames (both need work)

And my trusty Robinson Pro thats fast becoming a rider.  And probably my favourite bike, the missus old Apollo Vogue (ready for the scrap heap)...lol

Not a bad haul since xmas... :)

Cheers.  4 months ago, even the Streetbeat seemed well out of reach, but a bit of wheeler dealing and a bit if selling of the remains of my vinage Star Wars collection and we are getting there.

The TA is an early Jap model with the curved brake bridge in survivor chrome.

Could do with a nice blue seat for the TA, and a pair of pedals in 9/16 if anyone has any.

Also check the for sale page for the yellow Rebel frame.
