Will any 1"threaded headset fit on OS BMX forks? I`m trying to help someone fix their bike,but only have a spare h/set from an old MTB.

Need to make sure it has the same TPI or Threads Per Inch, BMX ones are usually 24tpi
Try the nut on the forks and if you feel resistance after a one or two turns it's probably the wrong size
.
