Looks fun there, although it does look a bit cramped.
Not sure about the dodgy colour scheme though.

well, i guess it's in the US, but over here would you need planning? I reckon not as it's screwed together so it's a "temporary structure" so theoretically planning shouldn't be needed, but you can sure that someone who can see it would complain. or someone who can hear you riding it.
