blimey queen , thats the propper way im going to give it a go but itl be hard giving up the cake and fags time on the bike is the bestest , next is just being physically fit in general , shave a few grams off the mid section , eat correctly . stretching the muscles is a big must as we get older have fun ! as you have the road knowledge go with what made you fit for that , as you get more knowledgeable you can train muscles and cardio work to suit the short track not the long road
I find that going out and drinking six or seven pints and a few shots the night before a race is a real winner
