Bought this of the bay awhile back, started to strip and clean, now not sure whether to restore with new powder and decals or just re-grease and re-build. Think I will have trouble tracking down pegs but already got some new giro cables.
What do you guys reckon?

Headtube is massive, my normal punch fits inside the headtube, so unable to get headset cups out at this stage
