The bike is a Mongoose he was using after he'd bust his Gen 1 Damon but I don't suppose that helps any.

I can't really give you any clues as it'll just give it away too easy, it could also send you in the wrong direction. There's a double meaning in that last word of that sentence so have a think.

I'll leave that with you.

I too thought dave slade coz of the actionzone bars but the rider is the wrong build, no offence to him but dave slade was really short.
I might eat my words here as he did have a gen 1 with white tuffs for a while, but being the geek i am i remember he had light blue actionzone bars.
dave slade also wore the same dyno pants.
I'm sure its not CC as he rode gen1/TA/prolite around that era.

The weekend in Bognor Regis goes to Denny...it is Mr Slade.

The clue was in the word DIRECTION if you know where I'm coming from.

Steve....even Mr Slade could get his little legs flying when he had to and you're absolutely spot on that he had those Tuffs on his Gen 1 and if you notice the pedals are in the coaster position unlike CC's pedal would have been right at the bottom. I thought it might throw you all because of the frame he was running at the time but the AZ Bars and Tuffs gave him away I think.

The other thing as well is if you look at my Avatar that's a picture of me in the same bowl at Southsea on the same day so that should have given it away as well....you blind bunch!
