Can anyone shed any light on this £5 buy?

Late 80's Scorpion BMX, made in Chatsworth California it's the entry level model. A good buy, I paid more than that for a NOS Scoprion Head badge like the one on the front of the bike. Nice pads too, I think that will clean up nice
