bmx practice part 2

went back to skate park for second helpings on a deserted park, this time got pins and needles down both hands and the inserts of my feet were aching, all in 10mins, 

out of breath after 2mins

sweating my bollocks off after 4mins, and it was blowing a freezing wind.

i have the confidence to go fast on flat ground, but when i hit that whoops at 25mph i'm gonna shat myself, dont think i could do it now, the new jumps they build are just too big, if i fall off i'm gonna hurt myself a lot, i'm self employed so there will be no sick pay for me

Its not easy mate, last week i did 3 hours on wed, p;us the 23 hours on the sunday, wed i started to get more confident, and jumped higher, sadly now ive tore the ligaments in my neck, so waiting on physio, plus in mega pain, so taken strong meds, that do my guts, so taken meds for that aswel    but all you can do is keep at it, im itching to get back out, keep at it mate, im no Mat Hoffman but its all about the passion for riding

i take it your stretching properly before and after 

ive been riding with a mate today , found a nice ledge to mess about on . tried a pedal slide but it just gripped  . done a few pegless grinds and even hopped up it ( top headset cup height ) which isnt bad as i never get to ride the bike

went home for a cig , came back and kept bottling the hop and landing to pedal , whats that all about

   my aunty has been teaching yoga for about 20 odd years, i did it when i was young , i can still put my foot behind my neck , well on a good day     although she is 44 and looks about 24  so i should have kept it up

it realllllly helps with my sore back
