COMPLETE CRUISER RECOMMENDATIONS?

 :) Please can anyone tell me of any reasonably priced complete cruisers that would suit someone 6"7 tall.My brother in law is toying with the idea of getting one,but as he`s a big fella this could be a problem!

The GT Pro Series are big 22" or bigger top tube. I had a 2000 model chromoly model the other year and it was a nice bike with good basic spec.
Why oh why do I still buy kids bikes!
